All of our buffets are delivered fresh to your venue at a time mutually agreeable and in covered serving platters. These platters are garnished and are ready to eat.
All items are subject to availability. On occasions due to supply or seasonal availability We reserve the right to substitute buffet items without prior notice.
Any substitute items will be of equal quality and the same or greater value. Should we need to substitute with items of a greater value, we absorb this cost.
All plates, napkins and banquet roll are included in your buffet cost along with cutlery where necessary.
Serving platters and utensils remain the property of Key-Lime Catering and we may require access to the venue to collect them at a later date. Should any utensils or platters be disposed of by the client or any agent of the client a charge will be raised.
Our office is open from 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Our weekend opening hours are 10am -6pm. We also have a 24 hour message service available. If you leave a message after hours we will reply within 24 hours.
Whilst it is always helpful to know the numbers in advance, we appreciate that sometimes things do change or you may not have exact guest figures, therefore we would appreciate final numbers to be communicated 14 days prior to your function date. All monies should be settled and paid in full no less than 30 days before the event, any deposit paid to secure a function is non refundable if a cancellation is made.
We reserve the right to withdraw our services at any time, if we have to do so then any funds paid in advance are retained by Keylime Catering & Cakes.

Staff other £20 per hour per member
Where possible, please advise of any specific dietary requirements at the time of booking or as soon as it becomes known so that we can endeavour to accommodate your specific requirements.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
Your function arrangements are confirmed once a deposit has been paid. Once a deposit has been paid, these terms and conditions apply.
A deposit of *10% of the total cost will be required to secure the booking date. We kindly request that deposits are paid no later than 7 days after the agreed quotation and verbal agreement of your function. One of the team will be happy to advise you of the payment methods available, where a card payment is made to secure a booking with a deposit and contract confirmed by doing so, we will automatically process final payment and balance due as per our terms,using the card details provided at that time for this payment unless you contact us to provide an alternative payment method.

We require full payment no later than 30 days prior to your function. You can of course pay beforehand or one of the team will be happy to discuss further payment options with you.
It is company policy that we reserve the right to return any monies owed due to deposit or payments made by the client within 30 days.
Where possible we try to include all costs in the overall total however should there be any late amendments it may be necessary to revise the original total. Any new totals will be provided to you within 48 hours wherever possible.

CANCELLATION BY YOU & ASSOCIATED CHARGES
Should you need to cancel your catering arrangements the following cancellation charges will apply
Cancellation 29 days to 14 days loss of 50% total balance.
Cancellation 14 days or less incurs loss of whole balance.
